The JV gymnastics team competed in league finals on Thursday, May 6, in a home meet which began at 6 and ended at approximately 8:45 pm.
Four teams participated: Gilroy/Christopher High Schools, St. Francis High School, Cupertino High School and LAHS . The LAHS team took fourth place.
“They were all really good,” JV gymnastics member senior Uji Venkat said.
The meet was the JV team’s last one for the year, although they will still be practicing until the end of the year.
Next Thursday, the varsity gymnastics team will be competing in their respective league finals, which is also a home meet. Competing members may qualify for CCS at the finals.
